Quarterly Competitions

general Guidelines

We invite artists, photographers, and writers to submit original work inspired by our current quarterly prompt that will be displayed at the top of this webpage. To be considered, all submissions must align with the featured prompt for the competition period.

Because of our expedited review and publication schedule, simultaneous submissions are not accepted. Previously published work is welcome, provided the original publication is properly credited.

Response Policy
If your submission is selected for publication, you will receive an acceptance email requesting confirmation that you wish to proceed with publication or withdraw your work.
We ask that you respond within 24 hours of receiving your acceptance notification. If no response is received within that timeframe, Wandering Lights will consider the submission approved for publication and reserves the right to publish the accepted work.
We appreciate your timely response, as our publication schedule operates on a rapid turnaround.
